About Galveston Islamic Center & Services We Provide

Established in 2002, Masjid Uthman Ibn Affan, better known as the Galveston Islamic Center (GIC), serves as a hub for comprehensive Islamic services and education to the people of Galveston. With our services, we aim to create a safe space for Muslims to practice their religion, teach others, and preserve the Islamic tradition in younger Muslims.

Muslim Medical Association (MMA) at UTMB

The MMA works to ensure students at UTMB can practice Islam and educate others about Islam. It also fosters a safe community for young Muslims in Galveston.
